No responsibility is accepted by Churchill Barbers for any allergic reaction as a result of using products sold by us. Always check the ingredients of a product before using, and conduct a patch test on your skin before applying to larger sections. Seek medical advice from your doctor if you are unsure as to whether any of our products are safe for you, particularly those with pre-existing skin conditions.
None of your details collected during your online shopping experience at Churchill Barbers are disclosed to other parties. Any of your details that you provide us with during our secure checkout process are used for the sole purpose of processing payments for purchased goods, and shipping said goods to you. They will not be disclosed to parties that are not relevant to either of those purposes.
We exclusively use Australia Post for all of our postage orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind reasons. If your product arrives to you faulty, we will replace the product after review if notified within 5 days of you receiving the product.
- If your product is faulty or unsatisfactory, the product must not be consumed and must be kept on hand to be eligible for an exchange.
- Claims made outside of the 5 day period may result in additional postage charges or dismissal.
